Buying a home is a big undertaking and it is my goal to ensure the entire process is as stress free as possible.
What you can expect from me;
- Initial consultation, overview of market and neighborhoods.
- Create a custom search which is optimized to generate the properties that best fit your needs.
- Research potential properties that fit your criteria.
- Set up and coordinate showings for the properties that fit your criteria.
- Create a current market analysis of the property you are interested in buying.
- Write the offer on the property based on the data from the market analysis.
- Present the offer and negotiate with the seller or listing agent.
- Once accepted, I will coordinate on your behalf with all parties involved.
- Accompany your home inspection to ensure that I understand the inspectors findings first hand.
- Negotiate a solution to any unforeseen issues and coordinate any repairs needed.
- Work with your Lender, closing agent, Attorney and the seller or selling agent to ensure all contractual time periods are met and you're never in a position of being out of contract or your deposit being at risk.
- Attend the walk through.
- Attend the closing.
- Hand you the Keys to your new Home!
